Arcane Fractured Jinx recreates Jinx as seen in Arcane Season 2, Episode 9 and an alternate‑timeline Powder look. The skin replaces Jinx’s long blue pigtails with shorter hair and more restrained clothing, and it makes her minigun a dominant visual element—large, purple, and trimmed with gold and green—so she reads heavier and more mechanical than base Jinx’s wiry punk silhouette.
The skin comes in three forms:
Abilities use different color palette and VFX depending on the form you select. The forms are selectable in-game the same way Ultimate forms of Gun Goddess Miss Fortune are, you can change them at anytime during the game while you are in base.
The forms differ slightly in the effects and color palette.
Piltover’s Most Wanted uses yellow-green-pink colors and effects similar to splashes of paint.
Hero of Zaun leans towards cyan and blue with effects similar to Jinx classic graffiti with monkeys and Xs.
Powder is heavily influenced by Anomaly effects with purple-pink colors and web like patterns

Sadly there are no differences in voice or SFX between the forms. Recalls and emotes also use the same animations. That's why some critical voices say that it's a glorified Ultimate skin with a $300 price tag.
The skin is a direct Arcane reference: it mirrors specific outfits and props from the series and reuses show motifs rather than making broad pop‑culture jokes. It adds about 18 minutes of new voiced lines by Sarah Anne Williams and updated SFX.
Release date: November 12, 2024. The skin launched as part of the Sanctum event and was exclusive to that event, with a guaranteed drop on 80 pulls. The release included three distinct models and form toggles that reflect Jinx’s Arcane appearances. You can read more about the arcane event and all cosmetic elements that were released at the time here.
Arcane is a collection of skins based on the Netflix series Arcane. Champions appear as characters seen in Piltover and Zaun during the show. The art, voice work, and VFX match the Arcane story beats: progress, politics, crime, and the fallout from hextech and the Anomaly.
This universe officially bundles two main thematics: Piltovans (city enforcers, inventors, council figures) and Zaunites (undercity survivors, inventors gone wrong, firelights and fighters).
Lore: In Piltover and Zaun, science and magic collide. The Arcane skins show characters at key moments from the series. They reflect who the champions were during Arcane’s events—heroes, victims, and those who broke. The skins carry story cues like the council, the Anomaly, and Zaun’s grit.
Trivia: Arcane skins were released to celebrate the RiotX Arcane event and subsequent story updates. Some later Arcane-related releases include higher-tier variants and event-only items. The Arcane Fractured Jinx skin is part of Riot’s new high-tier experiment (Exalted) and comes with unique forms and custom overlays.
Arcane Fractured Jinx is a very exclusive, high-cost skin released as an Exalted item, a first addition to the new skin tiers. It’s best described as Rare under the site’s rarity rules because it’s only obtainable through The Sanctum (loot pulls) and carries a very high effective cost. Its listed maximum cost via The Sanctum mechanics was shown as 32,000 RP (worst-case) that's an equivalent of about $300, though actual cost can be lower if you’re lucky.
No. Anything above mythic rarity or tied to special loot systems (like Exalted/The Sanctum) is not available through Hextech crafting or standard Mystery Gifts. Mythic and Exalted systems exclude those high-tier items from normal Hextech drops and Mystery Gifts.
Arcane Fractured Jinx is the most story-driven and exclusive Jinx skin with unique forms and custom overlays. It's also a skin that brought a lot of controversies to the community. A lot of people felt excluded because they couldn't afford it or they felt that the quality doesn't fit the price tag. Regardless we are moving more and more into luxury digital items territory, some items will not be achievable by everyone. I would not spend $300 on it, but the skin is rumored to get updates Nov 19, 2025. If that happens perhaps it will become more worthy in the eyes of many. If you prefer a standard shop skin, cheaper version of the tv show thematic, Arcane Jinx is a strong pick.
