Arcane Savior Viktor dresses Viktor as a luminous, pastoral savior rather than the usual industrial tinkerer; he trades heavy metal plating for a flowing white robe with a soft pink glow, his hair is straighter and white, the mechanical hexclaw is replaced by a ghostly magical hand, and his staff becomes a long shepherd's crook–style walking stick.
Visually the skin leans on Arcane's organic hexcore and cosmic look: textures feel porous and alive, colors are white, pink and purple symboling stars and galaxies instead of Viktor's usual cold metal and blue. Many ability particles send small blue rune motes into the air; the ultimate summons the Season 2 anomaly as its focal effect.
Animation work focuses on the hex hand and expressive poses — the skin adds new emotes and a unique recall where an anomaly appears, Viktor reaches for it, it zips into his back, and he hovers and poses. Basic ability animations remain very similar to the base.
Audio and dialogue are overhauled with roughly 11 minutes of new voice lines performed by Owen Thomas and updated SFX to match the ethereal Arcane tone, giving the skin distinct audio personality compared to base Viktor.
This release is part of the Arcane skinline and intentionally references elements from the Arcane show, especially the Season 2 anomaly; the VGU-level changes include a new passive visual, new model, new voiceover, new VFX/SFX and updated splash art, so it feels like a full rework rather than a simple recolor.
Release date: November 12, 2024.
Along with the release of this skin in Patch V14.23 (VGU): new model, new voiceover, new VFX/SFX, a new passive visual, and new splash art and a new lore were introduced as part of Viktor's visual and gameplay refresh covering all skins.
Availability notes: The main skin was purchasable for 1820 RP in the shop. No re-releases up until October 2025 and is currently unavailable in the shop, but it's supposed to return again in 2025 on Nov 19.
Arcane is a themed set based on the Netflix series. Champions appear as characters from the Piltover and Zaun story. The look leans on hextech tech, soot-stained clothing, and emotional, story-driven designs.
Lore: In Piltover and Zaun, invention and desperation collide. Hextech and the arcane change lives. These skins show how champions looked during the events of Arcane—some as enforcers, some as survivors, and some as twisted by the shimmer.
Trivia: The Arcane line launched alongside special events and included both regular releases and prestige or event-only variants. Several Arcane skins received chromas and prestige editions later on.
Arcane Savior Viktor is a 1820 RP Legendary skin. It was sold for RP and is part of the Arcane event catalogues, it is now a legacy skin so it's unobtainable. It's supposed to return at least one more time. Given the circumstances we rate it as semi-rare unless it becomes a yearly returning skin. Collectors who want accounts with this skin pre-unlocked can check curated skin accounts here: Buy LoL Skin Accounts.
Yes. Because Arcane Savior Viktor is a Legendary (not a mythic or event-only prestige), it can appear as a skin shard or be purchased directly. Anything above mythic rarity or special event-only prestige variants are typically not obtainable through Hextech crafting or Mystery Gifts. Arcane Savior Viktor is a strong pick if you like the Arcane look and story. For some the new lore and this skin is completely detached from the original lore and they treat it as a new champion. Many people raised complaints that Arcane Savior Viktor animations are too similar to the base and it's actually an epic skin disguised as a Legendary. There are theories that it will receive an update in the near future to bring it up to standards. Whether that happens remains to be seen. Regardless I think it's a nice addition to his skin roster, with or without new animations. I'm a fan of Arcane and I would get it even at a Legendary price tag. It has lore ties and distinct VFX compared to older Viktor skins. If you want to compare every Viktor skin, see the full list here: All Viktor Skins.
Legacy skins are still obtainable thanks to our high end account store which features League of Legends accounts with the rarest skins at the best prices.
