What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and G2A PAY (This includes Skrill, Bitcoin, Neteller, G2A Wallet and more) as a payment method when you buy a LoL account. These are the safest and most secure payment methods for our customers, and customer security is our number one concern.

Your prices are in USD - can I pay in another currency?

Yes! PayPal will automatically convert your currency into USD meaning you can buy an account with any currency in the world!

I don’t have PayPal – can I pay using a credit card?

What is the difference between PayPal and G2A PAY?

PayPal and G2A Pay are both secure payment gateways. We offer both of them because it allows you, our customers, to pay using your favorite payment method. If you prefer to pay using PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card – PayPal is the best option for you. If you prefer to pay using Bitcoin, Neteller, Skrill, G2AWallet or Paysafecard – G2APAY is the best option for you.

Why can’t I see Bitcoin on the G2APAY page?

G2A sometimes blocks Bitcoin purchases from certain customers due to their fraud rules. Unfortunately, we can’t control or change this. If you still want to pay using Bitcoin please contact us! We will do our best to help you.

What is your lifetime guarantee?

It's quite simple - if your League of Legends smurf account gets banned through any fault or defect of our own we will provide you one brand new replacement LoL smurf account free of charge.

You say you are the only site to offer this guarantee?

Other account sellers claim to offer a guarantee but when it comes to replacing your account they will often try to get out of doing so by saying you have owned the account for too long and their guarantee has expired. We are the ONLY site with a lifetime guarantee that covers any defects for the whole life of your LoL account!

I got banned for flaming/feeding/hacking. Does your warranty cover this?

NO! We are fully transparent about what our warranty covers in our ToS. It covers any defects or fault of our own. If you buy a LoL account from us and get it banned due to your own bad behavior or rule-breaking then we cannot help you.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?

Accounts (Regular & Highend Smurfs) Questions

Can I change the account password and email?

Yes! After you purchase, you will be able to change the password and email of your LoL account on the League of Legends website. We even provide a how-to guide in your purchase email!

What's the difference between IP Packages and Special Accounts?

IP Package accounts (e.g. NA - 50K IP) have a set amount of IP and RP on them but no champions or runes unlocked (although all accounts have enough IP to buy the 16 champions required for ranked play). Special accounts come with the number of champions stated but do not have any set amount of IP or RP. Some special accounts will also have runes but this isn't guaranteed.

Can I start playing ranked immediately?

Yes, you can! You'll need to purchase at least 16 champions first as this is a requirement of ranked play. All our package accounts come with enough IP to buy at least 16 champions so you can start playing ranked right away. Our Special LoL accounts already have 30+ champions unlocked for you so you can start right away! Note however that special LoL accounts do not have any set amount of IP or RP on them.

Which champions do Special Accounts have?

Our Special LoL smurf accounts come with a range of champions as stated in their description (usually 30-45, sometimes more). These champions are totally random and can be from a range of IP costs.

Can I choose my summoner name?

Our League of Legends accounts have random but logical summoner names, such as "Snowser" or "Overbit". However, you can change your account name in the League of Legends client using IP or RP.

How many accounts can I order?

We can supply as many LoL accounts as you need. If you're looking to place a bulk order of League of Legends accounts, please contact us.

How are your accounts leveled?

We level our League of Legends accounts against real players, ensuring that each account has at least a 45% win rate often across a variety of different game modes.
