Refund Policy

At UnrankedSmurfs, customer satisfaction and account quality are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our digital products, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an account has been delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Violations of Riot Games' Terms of Service by the buyer not relating to the transfer of license

Exchange to a product of the same or similar value is granted upon request shortly after the purchase.

2. Exceptions – When Refunds Are Issued

A refund or replacement may be provided only under the following conditions:

  • The account is defective (e.g., incorrect credentials, already banned, or previously recovered)
  • You contact us within 72 hours of delivery with proof of the issue
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or Riot Games’ rules using the account

Refunds will be processed only after our team has verified that:

  • You no longer have access to the account
  • The issue was not caused by your actions (e.g., sharing the account or using cheats/scripts)

At our discretion, we may issue:

  • A replacement account
  • A store credit
  • A full or partial refund

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used during purchase
  • Description of the issue and any supporting evidence (screenshots, ban messages, etc.)

We aim to respond to all refund requests below 12 hours and at most cases instantly.

UnrankedSmurfs sells digital products — specifically, League of Legends accounts (licenses) - which are delivered electronically.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All products are delivered via email and/or made accessible directly on the order confirmation page immediately after successful payment.

2. Delivery Time

Most accounts are delivered within 1 minute of purchase.

If automatic delivery fails, please contact us — we will respond within maximum of 12 hours, depending on support queue times.

3. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the account email in your inbox

4. No Physical Goods
