Cosplayer Neeko dresses the champion in a full pink axolotl costume that replaces Neeko’s usual floral and vine motifs with soft, plush fabrics, translucent gill‑frills, and a tiny leather backpack and white shirt; the silhouette is rounder and cuter than base Neeko’s lean, nature‑inspired look.
In game, the skin swaps VFX colors to watery cyans and greens with pink accents. It has a celebratory vibe with all the ribbons, stars and rainbows it uses. Her Q (Blooming Burst) looks like a cyan-blue comet which spawns a blue pool with stars popping from it. Her cloning ability, W (Shapesplitter), spawns small purple ribbons behind her while she has the movement speed bonus active. E (Tangle-Barbs) throws a blue ball with 2 yellow stars orbiting it. This effect really reminds me of Super Mario Galaxy's Star Bits you collect. R (Pop Blossom) starts the channel by spawning small yellow stars that leave a rainbow aftertrail, then Neeko leaps into the air and erupts with a fountain of ribbons when she lands! It really sells the celebratory vibe.
Unique animations: a custom recall where Neeko dances and makes a beat with her tail.

Part of the Superfans skinline; no notable post‑release gameplay or VFX changes have been recorded as of release.
Superfans is a celebratory skinline that shows champions as big fans from an alternate future/universe. The set leans into fan culture, bright colors, and event-ready outfits. Riot released these as part of Player Day 2024 celebrations.
Lore: Time to celebrate! These skins are a fun nod to fans and community events.
Trivia: Music Fan Gragas began as a fan concept by Riot artist Jason Chan. Riot teased its return in a Button Day video and clarified the naming to fit the Superfans universe. Some visual callbacks link these to other celebration skins like Annie-Versary and Ann-Sivir-sary, though those belong to other event universes.
Cosplayer Neeko is an Epic skin listed at 1350 RP. Because it was released as part of the Player Day 2024 event but is a standard Epic-tier release, it’s not considered rare. Collectors who want accounts with this skin pre-unlocked can find options here: Buy LoL Skin Accounts.
Yes. As an Epic skin that is not a mythic or limited release, Cosplayer Neeko can appear as a shard from Hextech loot or be gifted via Mystery Gift. If you’d rather skip the grind, browse verified accounts here: Buy LoL Accounts.
Cosplayer Neeko is a solid pick if you like community-themed charm and colorful chromas. Whether it’s the “best” depends on what you want—VFX, sounds, or theme. It's a nice touch, but I love Shan Hai Scrolls Neeko! It's one of the best themes in my opinion. I also highly recommend the Prestige Star Guardian verison if you want something more premium. Compare all options here: All Neeko Skins. If you want an account with specific skins, check Buy LoL Skin Accounts.
Legacy skins are still obtainable thanks to our high end account store which features League of Legends accounts with the rarest skins at the best prices.
