Soul Fighter Lux transforms the Demacian mage into a flashy arena fighter with bold cel-shaded visuals. Her outfit mixes a bright yellow jacket, white-and-gold top, pleated skirt, and thigh-high boots, with a visor-like hat and a staff that glows purple. Compared to base Lux’s noble blue-and-gold mage look, this skin feels fast, modern, and TV‑show ready.
All spells get new VFX/SFX in saturated blues, purples, and blacks. Q and E land with crisp arcade-like hits, W leaves a violet trail as the shield flies, and R sprouts radiant wings on Lux as she fires a darker, high-contrast Final Spark. The recall is a fun nod to fighting and rhythm games, where she pummels a training dummy with timed inputs. The theme ties into the Soul Fighter event, which draws on anime tournament arcs and arcade fighters.
Chromas: 9 total – Amethyst, Aquamarine, Citrine, Emerald, Limitless, Obsidian, Rose Quartz, Ruby, and Turquoise.
Release date: July 20, 2023.
Champion-wide quality updates that also affect this skin: Patch 9.4 updated Lux’s run animation; Patch 9.24 delivered a VFX pass; Patch 1.0.0.123 adjusted her auto attack animation.
Soul Fighter is a fighting game–inspired skinline set in the Kingdom of the Shattered Beast. Champions who awaken their soul powers are invited to compete in the Tournament of Souls, a televised spectacle where competitors face off in high-octane duels. Bold outlines, kinetic hit effects, and over-the-top finishers make this skinline a tribute to arcade fighters and anime tournaments. At the end, the winner’s deepest soul desire is granted.
From across the globe, awakened souls are drawn to the Tournament of Souls, a combat event unlike any other. Each fighter battles in the arena until only one remains, cheered on by roaring crowds and televised worldwide. DEMA (Department for the Eradication of Manifested Anomalies) looms over the competition, exploiting and experimenting with soul power in secret. Some champions fight for glory, others for survival, and some simply for revenge.
Soul Fighter Lux is not rare. It’s a standard 1350 RP skin that remains in the shop, so it’s classified as Common. If you’re looking to buy an account that already has it, check out our Buy LoL Skin Accounts page.
Yes. Since it isn’t legacy, it can drop as a skin shard from Hextech/Mastery loot, event orbs, or show up via Mystery Gifts and rerolls. If you’d rather get an account with it unlocked, you can browse Buy LoL Accounts.
It’s a strong pick if you like bold colors and arcade-style effects with a unique winged ultimate.
