SSG Xayah reimagines Xayah as a sleek, trophy-ready champion in Samsung Galaxy’s blue and silver colors. The model replaces her base red palette and rugged leathers with dark armor plates, icy feather plumage, a long cape, and subtle SSG marks that read cleanly in-game without visual clutter. Compared to base, the whole look is cooler in tone and sharper in silhouette, which makes her feathers and cape stand out clearly during fights.
The abilities swap the base magenta and crimson effects for blue‑purple, frosted feathers with brighter highlights and small SSG logo motifs on key beats. Q and autos feel snappier with crisp, cold trails; E gathers feathers with a chilly pull; and the R feathers land with a pale, trophy-like flash. The custom recall nods to Worlds, featuring a celebratory flourish with team branding. There are no new voice lines, but the updated SFX support the colder, esports vibe. The skin pairs naturally with SSG Rakan for duo synergy.
This skin is tied to Worlds and commemorates SSG’s 2017 victory. It focuses on clean competitive readability and subtle team branding rather than heavy ornamentation, and it does not include chromas.
Release date: July 20, 2018. After its initial run, SSG Xayah moved to the Legacy Vault and returns occasionally during Worlds or special Legacy sales.
The World Champions 2017 skinline celebrates Samsung Galaxy’s victory at Worlds 2017. The set features white-and-blue palettes, crown and logo motifs, and celebratory effects to honor each player’s champion choice. Each skin was designed in collaboration with the respective pro who played the champion during their championship run.
SSG Xayah is Semi-rare because it’s Legacy and not always sold in the shop. When it returns, it costs 1350 RP; outside of sales, your best bet is loot or accounts that already own it. Collectors often value Legacy Worlds skins for their limited availability and esports history. Buy LoL Skin Accounts if you want an account with SSG Xayah unlocked.
Yes. As a Legacy skin, SSG Xayah can drop from Hextech chests, event orbs, or appear as a shard for rerolls, but the chance is low and random. If you don’t want to gamble on loot, you can also check trusted sellers for accounts that already have the skin: LoL Accounts.
It’s a strong pick if you like clean, cool-toned esports styling and subtle team branding. If you want a full thematic overhaul with new VO and animations, Star Guardian Xayah is the legendary choice; for a cosmic, elegant palette with rich effects at 1350 RP, Cosmic Dusk Xayah is also popular. You can compare all options here: All Xayah Skins.
Legacy skins are still obtainable thanks to our high end account store which features League of Legends accounts with the rarest skins at the best prices.
