Tundra Fizz turns the amphibious trickster into a hardy ice hunter. The skin swaps his base coral-and-reef look for a fur-lined brown parka with snowy trim, wooden snowshoes, and a jagged trident that glows with an icy blue sheen. Colors lean into earthy browns, off-whites, and cold blues, which makes him read clearly against winter maps and darker terrain compared to the warmer tones of base Fizz.
VFX carry a chilled theme after the V12.16 update: ability trails look cleaner and slightly cooler in hue, with blue-white splashes that fit the glacial concept. The highlight is his ultimate, where Chum the Waters spawns a custom icy shark instead of the base shark; it sells the tundra fantasy without changing his silhouette or feel. Outside of that, animations and emotes use the standard Fizz set, so he plays just like base but with a frosty coat of paint. This is a winter-themed Legacy skin; it isn’t tied to a specific event but often reappears around seasonal vault rotations.
Release date: 15 November 2011. In patch V12.16, Fizz received a VFX clarity update that refreshed particles for base and skins, giving Tundra Fizz cooler tones and a cleaner look; his ultimate retains its unique icy shark model.
Tundra Fizz is not part of a formal skinline with shared lore. It stands alone as a simple winter take on Fizz with an icy shark as its standout feature.
Tundra Fizz is Semi-rare. It’s a Legacy 750 RP skin that leaves the regular shop and returns only during Legacy Vault or seasonal sales, so it’s not always obtainable; the low RP price keeps it more common than high-tier Mythics.
If you’re collecting or want an account with older Legacy skins, you can browse curated accounts here: Buy LoL Skin Accounts.
Yes. Since it’s Legacy, you can’t buy it year-round, but you can still obtain it from Hextech Crafting via shards, rerolls, and Mystery Gifts, and it can appear in event orbs and capsules during rotations. You can also look for accounts that already own it on LoL Accounts.
Tundra Fizz is a clean budget pick with a unique icy shark, but many players prefer newer 1350 RP options for fuller effects. Void Fizz adds a complete Void creature theme with richer VFX, and Little Devil Fizz brings a playful Harrowing style with fiery red effects; both feel flashier in-game. For a full overview of every option, see All Fizz Skins.
Legacy skins are still obtainable thanks to our high end account store which features League of Legends accounts with the rarest skins at the best prices.
