You might have taken one look at the splash art of this skin and said; “That’s just normal Vladimir, nothing’s changed.”
You then likely took a look at the price tag and decided that you’d rather save your hard-earned RP. But then again, you’re here reading this, so you must be somewhat tempted.
We agree that, on the surface, Blood Lord Vladimir looks quite similar to his default skin, but there’s plenty of changes that hike the price up.
For starters, he’s received tweaks to pretty much everything, from his run to his idle animations. That’s right, he’s received not one, but four new idle animations. That takes a certain amount of dedication to a skin.
His normal robe has been traded in for spiked armor, tendrils of blood seem to rise from his body like tentacles, and his fingers now end in menacing claws – all this serves to add to the horrifying nature of Blood Lord Vladimir, but it doesn’t end there.
He’s also received new voice lines that are a touch more intimidating – appropriate, given his status as a Blood Lord.
His dance is particularly unique, as it references contact juggling – which is essentially rolling a ball along parts of your body while performing various tricks. A side by side comparison of contact Juggling and Blood Lord Vladimir’s dance can be seen here.
As for his splash art, Blood Lord Vladimir looms in front of a column that is adorned with a menacing stone skull, replete with glinting ruby eyes.
Blood curls up and around his cloak, while Blood Lord Vladimir’s eyes gleam with a look that clearly suggests he intends to stick a straw in the viewer and suck them up like a Capri Sun.
Picking up this skin will set you back 1820 RP, but can you truly put a price on looking awesome?
