Odyssey Yasuo reimagines the Unforgiven as a drifting space ronin. He trades his simple kimono and katana for layered starship armor trimmed with a bright red scarf, glowing blue energy seams, and a narrow high-tech blade. Compared to base, the silhouette is more armored and angular, and the palette shifts from earthy steel and cloth to neon-lit sci-fi materials with metallic gloss.
In game, the VFX flip wind into plasma: Q slashes leave green-orange arcs that escalate into a glowing cyclone on the third cast, W becomes a holographic barrier with a subtle grid shimmer, E paints a fast neon dash trail, and R suspends foes in an anti-gravity ring before a bright slam. The effects are clean and readable but feel faster and more energetic than base, with crisp orange highlights against cool green cores.
Audio leans into starship tech with hums, zings, and energized impacts, and the skin received extra Odyssey-themed voicelines in patches 10.16 and 10.18 while keeping the original voice actor. The custom recall adds a sleek flourish and warp effect that suits the skin’s space-western vibe and sits alongside other Odyssey crew designs with the same green/orange energy language and high-tech motifs.
Chromas available: Obsidian, Pearl, Rose Quartz, Ruby, Sapphire, Tanzanite.
Release date: September 12, 2018.
Patch 10.16: Extra voicelines added. Patch 10.18: Additional voicelines added.
Odyssey is a sci‑fi alternate universe where outlaw crews, corporate warlords, and cosmic beings clash across the galaxy. The Demaxian Empire hunts for ora, a mysterious golden essence harvested from colossal space creatures, while rogues, templars, and mercs fight for power and survival.
This universe features multiple crew thematics: Morning Star Crew (Yasuo, Jinx, Sona, Malphite), Wildcard Crew (Twisted Fate, Sivir, Kha'Zix), Criminal Syndicate (Aatrox), Demaxian Empire (Kayn), Templar Order (Karma), and an Unaffiliated branch with Galaxy Slayer Zed.
Read the short story that sets up the heist and the universe: The Lure.
The skinline is a reference to the popular movie: Guardians of the Galaxy
Trivia:
Odyssey Yasuo is a 1350 RP Epic skin that stays in the shop, so it’s Common, not rare. If you want an account that already owns it (and maybe chromas), browse curated skin accounts here: Buy LoL Skin Accounts.
Yes. Since it isn’t limited or mythic, you can open it as a shard from Hextech/Masterwork chests, roll it from event orbs, and receive it via Mystery Gift (loot is never guaranteed). Prefer to skip the grind? Check verified accounts here: Buy LoL Accounts.
The skin is fairly popular among Yasuo mains, but the champion has so many great skins.. Personally it doesn't work for me, but it's still a solid pick. Especially with new voice lines in an epic skin! Nightbringer Yasuo (Legendary) delivers a full VO and heavy dark-fantasy effects, while PROJECT: Yasuo leans into sharp cybertech with neon slashes. Odyssey is a clean sci‑fi option with bright, readable VFX—compare them all here: All Yasuo Skins.
Legacy skins are still obtainable thanks to our high end account store which features League of Legends accounts with the rarest skins at the best prices.
