Old God Mordekaiser reshapes the Iron Revenant into a flesh-and-bone deity wearing his own ossified plates as armor. The palette leans into ash gray and bone white with deep crimson glow, and his mace mutates into a monstrous head with eyes and a snapping jaw, making every swing feel heavier and more grotesque than base. Compared to the metallic, necromantic green of default Mordekaiser, this skin shifts to occult reds and void blacks with organic textures and a primal, ritual look.

Ability VFX carry eye and jaw motifs and thick black smoke, with Q slams bursting red sparks, W pulsing a blood-red shield aura, and E dragging foes with claw-like tethers; R turns the Realm of Death into a suffocating void ringed by crimson sigils and bone shapes.
