Fright Night Renata Glasc recasts the corporate chem-baron as a haunted matriarch: she swaps regular biotech polish for a pale, pinstriped suit trimmed in sickly green, flared cuffs and teal‑tinted hair, and her chemtech arm and floating apparatus become a lantern-like device that glows cyan; visually she reads much darker and more gothic than base Renata’s sleek executive design.
Ability VFX use deep, dark cyan-blue particles and hollow mechanical sound effects to sell the haunted chemtech aesthetic. Passive (Leverage) spawns small green swirls on the afflicted target. Handshake (Q) shoots a blade-like projectile connected by a spectral tentacle back to Renata. Bailout (W) boosts allies by spawning a small cyan-dark aura around them plus three syringes that resemble spectral Shimmer from Arcane—her W also has a special HUD effect with ghostly green scribbles appearing on the edges of the screen while the buff is active. Loyalty Program (E) projectiles look like basic recolors, but the rune that spawns at the target location is beautifully detailed and very similar to what Fright Night Nautilus uses. Hostile Takeover (R) throws a wall of green-blue scribbles through the targets, and the berserk effect on afflicted enemies is recolored to match the sinister palette. The overall aesthetic is hauntingly fitting—it looks amazing and I have to say it's probably her best skin yet!
The skin includes a custom recall where big wooden doors spawn. After she knocks, three poro ghosts and a voodoo doll exit through the door. Renata then says to them, "I expect to see results when I get back" while handing a vial to the doll. Remaining animations are the same as base.
This release fits the Fright Night skinline by leaning on Halloween and carnival horror themes, mixing vintage lantern and spectral motifs with Renata’s chemtech identity; the pencil‑scribble effect nods to crude ink drawings rather than any specific real‑world brand or joke, so references are general horror and carnival tropes rather than a named real‑life medium.
Chromas available for this skin are: Catseye, Emerald, Obsidian, Pearl, Rose Quartz, Ruby, Sapphire, and Tanzanite.
Release date: September 22, 2022 as part of the Fright Night skinline.
Notes: The skin launched with new VFX and SFX plus a custom recall and voice filter; there have been no widely noted major reworks since release.
Fright Night is part of the Neighborhood Nightmare universe. It recasts champions as gothic, campy monsters and spooky camp counselors. The look leans on dark, Tim Burton–style designs. Costumes and VFX feel eerie, playful, and a little sad.
This universe officially bundles two thematics: Fright Night (camp counselors, haunted houses, monstrous neighbors) and its sister line Goth (moody, melancholy gothic looks).
Lore: Small towns hide strange houses and cursed camps. The Toadstool Boarding House takes in every monster that needs a place. Mother Glasc tends the rooms and the residents. At Creepaway Camp, counselors and campers meet uncanny fates. Some champions are transformed into creepy lifeguards, trampolining tricksters, or haunted toys. The skins lean into that shared, spooky setting.
Trivia: The Fright Night line draws heavy inspiration from Tim Burton films like The Nightmare Before Christmas and Edward Scissorhands. The line pairs dark whimsy with camp motifs. In Veigar's interactions, he references being a fan of Fiddlesticks.

Honestly? This is her standout skin. The haunted chemtech baroness theme fits her manipulative corporate overlord personality perfectly, and those spectral Shimmer syringes connecting to Arcane lore are chef's kiss. The VFX quality is top-tier with details like the ghostly HUD scribbles that most skins don't even attempt. If you're a Renata main, this should be your go-to.
