HEARTSTEEL Sett dresses the champion as the founder and co‑leader of the HEARTSTEEL band, swapping his usual bare‑chested brawler look for layered black-and-yellow streetwear with fur trim, a slouchy beanie and bright pink hair that hides his vastaya ears.
The model adds band-themed details like jacket patches, stylized gloves and textured fabrics, and it uses comic‑book visual cues — bold outlines and halftone-like accents — so his strikes and poses read more like a pop-art punch than the grittier base model.
Abilities have new VFX and SFX in a "watermelon" palette of pink, red and neon green, with comic‑panel motion lines and pop bursts; his empowered W has a big comic cat head VFX and it also leaves a cat paw mark on the ground, making the empowered strike feel playful and graphical compared to base Sett's raw slam.
The skin includes a custom recall where Sett boxes with a robot sparring partner. Other attack and ability animations keep Sett’s original moves.

I also really like the cat effect on his W, it's a nice touch although I have no idea how it relates to his theme. “Best” depends on taste. Some players prefer simpler or older Sett skins for cleaner clarity in-game.
