The HEARTSTEEL K'Sante skin turns K'Sante into the frontman of a fictional band.
He trades the base's heavy, stone‑textured armor for a stage outfit in black, orange and purple. It also adds cyan highlights in his facial hair and dreads; his ntofos are bright pink, cyan, orange and black and act like physical jukebox props.
Abilities use new VFX with a cyan, green and yellow palette and pop‑art comic‑book motifs; attack and hit effects add halftone dots, bold outlines. His Q throws blue-yellow smoke behind the target and when he has Q3 ready he's covered in cyan-yellow aura that feels like a soundwave on a music visualizer.
The skin's unique touch are the sound effects, most epic skins simply use a filter and re-use base assets. This skin uses sound cues from the music album so it has much higher quality than regular epic skins. A nice part is also his recall, where he plants his ntofos they become jukeboxes that emit musical cues while he's jamming to the band sound.
Chromas for the skin are Citrine, Emerald, Pearl, Rockstar, Rose Quartz, Ruby, Sapphire, Tanzanite, and Turquoise.
Release date: August 11, 2023.
Part of the HEARTSTEEL skinline at launch; no major post‑release gameplay changes have been recorded for the skin.
HEARTSTEEL is a Riot Records band-themed skinline. It shows champions as a modern band. Think stadium lights, loud speakers, and stage swagger. The group mixes rock, pop, and hip-hop energy. Members include Kayn, Ezreal, K'Sante, Sett, Yone, and Aphelios. The skins lean into performance outfits, stage props, and musical VFX.
This universe is part of a larger Riot Records umbrella that includes other bands and projects like K/DA, Popstar, True Damage, Pentakill, and DJ thematics. HEARTSTEEL focuses on a band-of-misfits vibe. K/DA is a sister pop act with its own visuals and prestige editions.
Lore (short): HEARTSTEEL is a new band on the scene. They formed to take creative control and make music that matters to them. Each member brings a different style — from raw rap to polished dance moves. The band works together to push past past failures and industry pressure. Their shows are loud, emotional, and show-focused.
Trivia: HEARTSTEEL launched on November 8, 2023. The line includes both regular and prestige releases (Yone has a prestige variant). Chromas are available for several members. The theme emphasizes stage presence and teamwork over solo fame.

HEARTSTEEL K'Sante is the main band-themed skin for K'Sante and is a strong visual change from his base look. It's a decent skin and I would say above the usual epic quality due to unique SFX. If you want a different style, there aren't that many options. The highest quality skin for him is, Prestige Empyrean K'sante, the one designed by a rapper Nas who had a role in design of the champion too! He performed in similar attire during the worlds opening ceremony in 2022. For accounts with skins pre-unlocked see: Buy LoL Skin Accounts. View all K'Sante skins here: All K'Sante Skins.
Legacy skins are still obtainable thanks to our high end account store which features League of Legends accounts with the rarest skins at the best prices.
