Porcelain Darius gives the Hand of Noxus an emperor look built around blue-and-white ceramics. His armor is a fired porcelain with fine blue inlays and a subtle crackle glaze, while his axe becomes a pristine ceremonial blade that reflects light like glass. Compared to base Darius’ heavy iron and crimson tones, this skin trades grit for elegance and a clean, icy palette.
Abilities pick up cyan-and-white VFX with ornamental motifs that mimic porcelain painting. Q draws a bright, glazed arc that leaves a trail reminiscent of a tiger’s paw strike, W gives a bright orange glow to his axe that turns into white-blue sparkles upon hit, E adds a glassy pull lined with lattice patterns, and R lands in a burst that looks like porcelain shattering from the impact. His passive spawns a porcelain tigger on max stacks. The SFX swap metal grinds for crisp clinks and shatter notes, which helps sell the ceramic theme without muddying ability clarity.
The custom recall shows Darius fighting three snakes made of porcelain, tying him to the Zodiac Relics story where he guards the Tiger Relic. The look references blue-and-white Chinese pottery—think fine qinghua porcelain—blended with fantasy guardian iconography. The skin sits within the Porcelain line and keeps his base voiceover while delivering fresh SFX and a full set of themed chromas.
Chromas: Catseye, Emerald, Obsidian, Opulent, Pearl, Rose Quartz, Ruby, Tanzanite, and Turquoise.
Release date: February 22, 2024, as part of the Porcelain 2024 set.
No major updates have been announced since release; availability remains in the regular shop with standard loot access.
Lunar New Year is a cross-thematic universe tied to Ionia’s Lunar Revel and real-world Lunar New Year traditions. It mixes myth, festival flair, and alternate-universe takes on champions with motifs like porcelain relics, imperial courts, guardian beasts, fireworks, and martial arts.
This universe officially includes six sub-lines: Dragon Lantern, Heavenscale, Lunar Beast, Lunar Revel, Lunar Revel: Firecracker, and Porcelain.
Lore highlights: yearly festivities draw gods, guardians, and mischievous spirits; some skins follow imperial “Heavenly Realm” figures (Lunar Empress/Guardian/Emperor), others depict “Earthly” heroes and “Hellish” wraiths. The Porcelain arc centers on Zodiac Relics—powerful artifacts guarded across generations—while Lunar Beast stories follow Ox Squad keeping a playful beast in check.
Trivia: the Zodiac Relics mirror the Chinese Zodiac; Porcelain Protector Ezreal’s tiger is named Stripes; the Porcelain line features Jay Chou’s song “Blue and White Porcelain” in some regions and is called “Sứ Thanh Hoa” in Vietnamese. Some Dragon Lantern and Porcelain entries exist only in Wild Rift or TFT.
Porcelain Darius is a 1350 RP Epic skin that stays in the shop, so it’s considered Common, not rare. If you prefer an account that already has it, check curated skin accounts here: Buy LoL Skin Accounts.
Yes. Because it isn’t limited or mythic+, it can drop as a shard from Hextech/Masterwork chests, appear in event orbs, be rerolled, and show up in Mystery Gifts (drops are never guaranteed). If you’d rather skip loot RNG, you can browse verified accounts here: Buy LoL Accounts.
It’s great if you want clean porcelain armor, and a stylish recall. Honestly I'm a real fan of porcelain skin line and I think this is one of the best porcelain skins! The VFX with the tigger hits the theme so well. His Q is one of the most satisfying skills to use and with the blue palette and a tiger's paw effect it's even better.
